Cotti Partners LLC develops and franchises retail stores utilizing the Cotti Coffee system in the United States, selling made-to-order coffee, tea, other non-alcoholic beverages, and related products.

Required Computer System includes hardware, software, online ordering applications, dedicated telephone, Wi-Fi, printer(s), point-of-sale, QR code scanner, surveillance/security systems; estimated initial cost $11,000–$12,700; estimated monthly maintenance cost approximately $1,100. Franchisee may be required to license software from franchisor, affiliate, or third party and pay licensing/user fees. Franchisor has right to access all operational and financial data from POS System with no contractual limitations. Franchisor maintains Cotti Academy online training platform with proprietary Cotti Station APP. 189-page Franchise Operations Manual covering store operations, business management, duty supervisor responsibilities, and barista training.
