Required computer system includes Point-of-Sale Computer and Software, Laptop Computer and Software, FTP/Ordering Software, Graphics Computer and Software, and Complete Antivirus and Malware Protection Programs. Hardware and software may be purchased through franchisor or independently with prior approval. Franchisor requires independent access to computer information and data with no contractual limits. Franchisor will not require hardware/software updates more than every 2 years. Franchisor provides confidential operations manual (approximately 638 pages) covering mandatory policies and operating procedures. Intranet system available for franchisee communication (franchisee must acquire necessary hardware and software).
