Help At Home Franchise Service, L.L.C. offers franchises for the establishment and operation of Preferred Care At Home businesses that provide non-medical in-home care services including meal preparation, companionship, homemaker duties, personal care hygiene, and medication assistance to senior citizens and other clients within a specified geographic area.

Franchisee must use franchisor-designated Computer System (hardware and software) with periodic modifications possible; estimated cost $500-$2,500 for hardware and software. Presently approved vendor for home care software is ClearCare (other vendors permitted with prior written consent). Software tracks prospective customers, stores customer/contractor data, schedules contractors, invoices clients, tracks key indicators, integrates with Quickbooks Online. Franchisee must have internet connectivity, color printer, tablets/computers, MS Office, and Quickbooks Online. Franchisor may have independent access to franchisee's computer data including client names/addresses and financial information with no contractual limitations. Franchisor maintains Internet site listing franchise locations. Operations Manual and Policy/Procedure Manual (state-specific) provided. No obligation currently to update/repair/maintain system, but franchisor reserves right to impose such obligations in future.
