Senior Care Authority offers franchises that provide senior placement and consulting services, assisting families and seniors to find ideal locations for seniors to live and helping them receive necessary care and supervision.

Required Computer System: Windows or Macintosh computer, 1 smartphone per admin employee with data services, approved phone system with 1 phone per employee, color printer and scanner. Required Software: QuickBooks Online (through preferred supplier), Salesforce (proprietary CRM), Google Workspace (Drive and Gmail). Franchisor provides access to Salesforce and Google Workspace. Estimated cost $0-$3,000 depending on existing equipment; monthly leasing fees vary by terms. Franchisee responsible for upgrades/updates to current software versions; franchisor reserves unlimited right to require upgrades with no cost limitations or reimbursement. Franchisor has independent unlimited access to all Computer System information with no limitations on type or frequency of access. Operations Manual: approximately 250 pages, electronic access provided post-signing, modifiable by franchisor at any time, includes required standards and guidelines/recommendations. No compatible equivalent components approved.
