Royalty FeesBeginning on the Business’s opening date and continuing until the date that is 9 months after the Business’s opening date, 8% of Gross Sales earned, directly or indirectly, from trash compaction services, plus 8% of Net Revenue earned, directly or indirectly, from Ancillary Services.
